How does ACS West, Inc., relate to my Homeowner’s Association?

ACS West, Inc., is a community management firm contracted by your Homeowner’s Association’s Board of Directors to work on its behalf in association business ranging from HOA dues collection to work order completion. We are not actually a homeowner’s association.



What options do I have for paying my HOA dues?

HOA dues are paid using payment coupons specific to the homeowner and address. TH

Our communities use CIT Bank out of Phoenix, Arizona for payment collection, which offers the ability to pay online with credit card or check (fees may apply). Additionally, your Association offers Automated Clearing House/direct draft of your dues. This authorization form is available on our website.



What is FirstCitizens Bank?

Does ACS West, Inc., accept cash payments for HOA dues?

No. We accept payment by check or money order in our office. Your Association’s bank may accept credit card and electronic funds transfers (EFTs) online. Payment should be mailed to the association’s bank in Arizona.



To whom should I make out my check or money order?

Please make all checks or money orders payable to the name of your Association.



I am selling my home or unit. What steps do I need to take in regards to the Association?

Now that you are selling, there are a few steps to take to ensure a smooth transition of the property. First, you will need to order a Disclosure Package per the Virginia Property Owners Association Act or a Resale Disclosure Package per the Virginia Condominium Act.  Please go to www.homewisedocs.com to order either package. You will first need to create an account. HomeWiseDocs is easy to use and has a help line if you need more assistance.

Your closing attorneys will also need to use HomeWiseDocs to order an escrow payoff for closing which will provide the most current account balance.



How has the COVID-19 pandemic affected business?

Association business is taking place as usual, with some changes necessary to how and where association meetings are conducted. Your Community Manager can give you specifics on your community. The office of ACS West remains locked at all times. If you need to speak with the Community Manager, please arrange contact with that manager directly.
