A.C.S. West, Inc., uses Automated Clearing House to run monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual direct draft payments for homeowners who enroll in this service. The assessments will be drafted on the first Tuesday of every month, or if quarterly or semi-annual, the first Tuesday of the month in which the payment is due. Withdrawals can take up to four business days to appear in your personal bank account. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
Please note that a returned payment fee of $35.00 will be charged for all returned payments to the association. Bank fees will also apply.
