Eagles Crest is a new community located at the intersection of Ironbridge Road and Chesterfield Meadows Drive behind the Chesterfield Meadows Shopping Center. It is a short walk to shopping, a short drive to the government center buildings, 288 and 150.
Our Homeowner's Association is governed by an elected Board of Directors. The Board meets monthly on the first Tuesday. General Membership Meetings are held quarterly. Monthly assessments are mandatory and used to maintain lawn care and all exteriors.
